GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS / EXCLUSIONS: - This Quote is on the basis that all works are done concurrently.
- Any change to the scope of works may require re quoting
- Excludes any item not detailed in scope of works.
- Job to be done during business hours (7.30am-4pm) (unless specified otherwise)
- AFTER HOURS work, if required will attract an additional loading
- Client to provide access to power, water, toilet & hygienic facilities.
- Clear access to the affected areas is to be provided upon request.
- No allowance for latent conditions.
- No allowance has been made for packing, removal, offsite storage or return of contents items.
- No allowance made for the removal of work associated with environmentally hazardous materials and clearance certificates.
- No allowance for accommodation costs due to problems associated with some types of work Fees or cost associated with negotiation or application to any planning authority/Council are excluded and are the Owners responsibility
- No allowance for council permits, assets protection, traffic management, public liability insurance if required
QUOTE CONDITIONS:- Quotation will remain valid for acceptance for 30 days from date of issue and will lapse unless a written notice of acceptance is received within that time.
- Upon acceptance, this offer will remain valid for 90 days.
- Total price based on all works being undertaken, any modifications to the scope and the price will be reviewed.
- If works do not proceed within 6 months of date of acceptance the offer will be reviewed.
- If any part of job is put on hold or works are delayed, Lynx Maintenance Services (Lynx) reserves the right to review pricing for the job, and to recover any costs that are caused by the delay.
LATE PAYMENT: - If any tax invoice that Lynx may issue, is not paid in full (without setoff or deduction) by its due date, Lynx may charge you interest on the unpaid amount at the rate of 10% per annum and (where applicable) & may withhold the provision of certification (plumbing or fire compliance, electricals) for any site, without liability.
DEBT RECOVERY:- If any amount due and payable under this Agreement remains unpaid more than 30 days after the due date for payment, Lynx may (without prejudice to its other rights and remedies) engage the services of a debt recovery agency, and you agree to pay all costs incurred by Lynx in doing so (including, in particular, any commission or fees charged by such agency) in addition to the amount being recovered.
